Our history
Richard Jantz is a highly experienced real estate executive who routinely demonstrates the expertise required to lead diverse teams of professionals toward client-driven project goals. Over 35 years, he has provided hands-on strategic real estate advisory, project management, and process engineering services for hundreds of clients across more than 30 million square feet, both nationally and internationally.
Richard founded Integrity Consulting Group, delivering world-class owner’s representation for eight years, then led the Northeast region project management practice of a top three real estate services firm that grew more than 300% in revenue and headcount, built on training and a relentless focus on client needs. He now brings that same client-centric leadership to Novus Point Consulting..
